Sekurely is operated by Noufal Digital Ltd. We provide AI security and compliance scanning tools at sekurely.io. Contact: hello@sekurely.io

2. What Data We Collect

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and organization name via Clerk authentication.

Scan data: Text you submit for scanning is processed in real-time. Free plan scans are not stored after processing. Paid plan customers retain scan history for audit purposes.

Billing data: Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Sekurely service, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our security detection capabilities.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your scan content to train machine learning models without explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with the following service providers:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database infrastructure

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Free plan scan data is not retained. Paid plan scan history is retained per your plan terms.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@sekurely.io.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. We implement industry-standard security controls to protect your data.
