1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sekurely.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Sekurely is operated by Noufal Digital Ltd.

2. Description of Service

Sekurely provides AI security and compliance scanning tools including PII detection, DLP monitoring, compliance checking, prompt scanning, and AI audit capabilities. The service is provided via web interface and API.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Sekurely only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to process data you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent rate limits
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Use the service to generate, distribute, or store illegal content

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Noufal Digital Ltd reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Compliance Disclaimer

Sekurely provides compliance scanning tools to assist your compliance efforts. Use of Sekurely does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You remain solely responsible for your organization's compliance obligations under HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, and other applicable regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sekurely and Noufal Digital Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
